Background: Rapid-onset obesity with hypoventilation, hypothalamic dysfunction, and autonomic dysregulation (ROHHADNET) is a rare disorder which presents in early childhood.Case presentation: Four years old girl was referred to endocrinology unit with a history of excessive weight gain.
